Mechanical core chucks are engineered to deliver the most reliable web tension with the least maintenance. Whit robust parts, simple movements, and best-in-industry jaw expansion, these chucks will out-last and out-perform in every production environment. The chuck is robust; pin flange forged from a single piece, case protective anti-rust treatment coated and minimum number of components. With high load capacity and large jaw expansion ensured even with low torque, this is not a chuck that needs replacement parts. These chucks are 100% adaptable to all reel stand and customizable according to the customer requirements.

Moviroll systems allow the operator to effortlessly manoeuvre both large and small cylindrical loads on a flat surface and then place them on the roll stand shuttle cart. Compact, heavy-duty, fast and with low or no maintenance requirements, the new Moviroll roll pushers allow the movement of the load in a continuous and regular way and are ideal for handling corrugated, paper, tissue and cable rolls in a simple and safe manner. All Moviroll models are designed and made in Italy.
